Rachelle was born and raised in American Fork and has always called this area home. She joined our agency in 1998 and loves helping customers protect what matters most to them. She's a huge fan of sports, especially football, and loves spending time with her husband and their two sons. Outside of work, you'll find them going to the movies or enjoying the outdoors, fishing, swimming or riding all-terrain vehicles.
Melissa grew up in Southern California and moved to Utah for school in 2001. She joined our agency in 2003 and started working in insurance that same year. When she's not in the office, you'll find her spending time with family. She and her husband have two boys and two girls together and they love spending time at the pool, hiking or going to the movies.
Vicki moved to Pleasant Grove from Georgia in 2014 and loved the experience of moving across the country to begin again. She's worked in insurance since 2017 and joined our agency that same year after getting licensed. She loves working hard for customers so they have the best customer service experience possible. Outside of work, you'll find her spending time with her husband and their three teenage daughters. Together, they love traveling and are huge movie buffs!
Sawyer has been part of the Pleasant Grove community since 1999. She was born and raised here and started working at our agency in 2018. She and her partner, Riley, are proud dog parents to two pups, Luna and Hudson. Outside of work, you'll find her weightlifting, as she's a member of the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center.
JR was born and raised in Salt Lake City and joined our agency in 2016. He loves assisting customers and speaks Spanish and English so he can assist you in your preferred language. He's a single dad of two � a daughter, Anastazia, and son, Henry � who keep him busy in his spare time. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing soccer when he manages to find the time!
